Mary Jane Home founder Robert Pearson to speak at youth event

MAX2007, a mainland-based Catholic group of 10 young people and two priests, will be in Hawaii for 10 days this month, hosted by In Him Ministries, conducting presentations and retreats for youth and young adults.

Among the events will be a pro-life evening at St. Anthony Church in Kailua co-sponsored by the Pearson Foundation of Hawaii Pregnancy Problem Centers.  The event will also feature a talk by Robert Pearson, who founded the Pearson Foundation of Hawaii and the Mary Jane Home for unwed mothers, in the 1970’s.

MAX2007 is part of the Militia of the Immaculate, an international organization started by St. Maximillian Kolbe in 1917.  Here is a schedule of their Hawaii appearances:
